By using this website or making a booking with Nathaniel Car Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

To rent a vehicle with us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a full, valid driver's licence
• Have held your licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Present a valid form of identification at time of vehicle collection

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is required to secure your booking and qualify for free vehicle delivery. The remaining balance is due on or before the pickup date. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking confirmation may result in cancellation of your reservation.

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of standard rental only. Fuel or charging costs are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at time of booking will be honoured for that booking only.

We offer free delivery to your specified location. Delivery is subject to our operating area. You must be present at the agreed location and time to receive the vehicle. Failure to be present may result in a redelivery charge.

The rented vehicle must only be driven by the named renter unless additional drivers are agreed in writing. The vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal purposes
• Off-road driving unless the vehicle is designated for such use
• Racing or competitive driving
• Transporting more passengers than the vehicle is designed for

The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage must be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right to charge for repairs, loss of use, and associated costs. Images of the vehicle will be taken before and after each rental as evidence of condition.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection. Failure to do so will result in a refuelling charge plus a service fee.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate per additional day or part thereof.

Nathaniel Car Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
